One of the most beneficial things you can do to improve
as a Soccer player, is review your performances.

Most players don’t understand this concept and as a result
they continually make the same mistakes.
The quickest path to success is to learn from your mistakes.
Mistakes are a good. Yes you heard correctly, mistakes are a good.

However, they are only good if you learn something from your mistakes.
The more you can learn from every mistake, the quicker you will
develop as a player, and the less mistakes you
eventually end up making.
Make a conscious effort to learn something from each one of your mistakes.
If you can understand and apply this concept for the rest
of your Soccer career you will see huge
improvements in your development.

I would recommend reviewing your team training sessions
as well as games but for the purpose of this exercise I have constructed
a Self Analysis and Game Review work sheet.
I want you to complete this worksheet after each one of your games
and keep them in a folder. Every so often you can come back to
your worksheets and see if you are still making the same
mistakes or if you have learned from them.
10 minutes after your game is all it takes
(doesn’t have to be right after but when you can find some free time).
If you can’t sacrifice 10 minutes for your future,
you won’t have a very successful future.

I have attached link on there you can download two documents:
1. Self Analysis and Game Review Worksheet
2. Self Analysis and Game Review Example
