Over everything you have to realize this is a team game.
As good as you are and as bad as your team is,
it’s still a team game.

Until you can realize that the team comes first,
you will not succeed in this game.
Until you are willing to sacrifice yourself
for the team, you will not succeed in this game.
You have to be willing to put everything on the
line for the team.
It’s not about You.
It’s not about Me.
It’s not about Him or Her.
It’s about US!
It’s about the Team!
Are you willing to work your ass off for
the player next to you?
Are you willing to sacrifice all you have
for the good of the team?
I’ll tell you right now, most players aren’t.
Most players are too concerned about themselves
to care about what’s doing best for the team.
But that’s not you. I know you.
You are a hard worker.
You’re willing to sacrifice.
You’re willing to battle for every inch, every ball
and every minute of every game.
I know you can be this type of player.
