Passing is easily the most important skill in football.
If you cannot send and receive a pass well, you will have a very
short career on the football pitch. You should always be looking
to pass quickly and move into new space to receive the ball back.
This is the foundation of attacking football
and ball possession.
Receiving and sending passes with good technique is very important but
doing it quickly is just as important and usually overlooked.

Watch professional football. You can gain so much knowledge from
watching players that are better than you. By watching professional
players you will learn a lot about proper passing technique, different
passing techniques, and the speed at which these skills must be executed.
Make the most of every pass. Every pass you make is an opportunity
to improve, when you are with a friend, at a practice, or before a game.
Focus on making hard and accurate passes. Keep your body over the
ball and follow through towards your target.
Practice daily. There is no improvement without out constant
repetition. All you need to improve your passing skills is motivation,
a ball, and a wall. Spending at least 10 minutes a day practicing
passing and receiving against a wall, with both feet.
